Vīces was a Turaga of Earth and the governor of Uteara's Industry Region.

Biography

Vīces, as with all Utearan governors, was created by the Great Being Deccius and appointed to his ruling position, as the Turaga of Earth given the Industry Region to govern.

Trial of Iron

Vīces was called to a private meeting with Kohu, in which he was made aware of the formation of the Toa Liiri.

The Turaga ordered the arrest and eventual execution of a peculiar resident in the Industry City, a Jattillan named Gravemos. The giant was brought to the governor's chambers and was told that he was deemed a threat to the citizens of the city. Not believing him, Gravemos ordered Vīces to reveal who really wanted to execute the alien, to which the Turaga responded by saying that the being who had bought the city had ordered the entire thing. Using his powers, Gravemos soon made his escape, the Turaga in a somewhat futile chase after him.

Vīces soon met with Promethius and Venom and told them about the Jattillan's escape. After a bit of questioning, the Sansta-Skakdi of Plasma drew a knife and slit the governor's throat, leaving the two to debate what they should do with the body.
